This update adds Chapter 13 "Export Control Compliance". The specific terms are as follows:

13.1 You shall comply with applicable export control laws, regulations, and policy requirements. Without appropriate authorization or license, you shall not export, re-export, or transfer (in-country) controlled items to restricted countries, entities or individuals. If any change to the applicable export control laws, regulations and policy requirements restrict or prohibit the performance of the LLM Service TokenHub Terms, or render the performance hereof likely to violate such export control laws, regulations and policy requirements, Tencent Cloud shall have the right to suspend or terminate the performance of the LLM Service TokenHub Terms in whole or in part without liability.

13.2 Any products or services provided by Tencent Cloud to you shall not be used for any end use prohibited by applicable export control laws, regulations, and policy requirements.

The Cloud Security Center product will discontinue the "Server Protection" and "Protection Switch" beta feature entries in the legacy console and will no longer be maintained, due to product capability integration. The changes are as follows:

Scope: The "Server Protection" and "Protection Switch" beta feature entries and their related operation pages in the legacy Cloud Security Center console.

Removal Time: The entries will be removed starting at 00:00 on May 27, 2026 (Beijing Time). After that, the legacy Cloud Security Center console will no longer provide the above entries.

All products on the legacy platform will no longer be available for purchase or resource creation. To further enhance product monitoring performance and optimize the monitoring system architecture, Tencent Cloud will comprehensively optimize and upgrade the monitoring metric collection framework of TencentDB for SQL Server. The details are as follows:

After optimization, the new monitoring architecture can significantly improve the performance metric collection efficiency, reducing the CPU time slice consumption by 90% compared to the old architecture.

Release start time: May 13, 2026 (UTC+8).

Implementation method: The switchover between the old and new monitoring systems will be performed during the instance maintenance window within the release period.

During the switchover, instances with different architectures will experience temporary impacts:

Instances with cloud disk architecture: Monitoring gaps of approximately 30 seconds and brief CPU spikes may occur.

Instances with local disk architecture: Monitoring gaps of approximately 1 minute may occur.

To enhance the stability of cloud databases and the security of data migration, TencentDB for SQL Server provides an enhanced security protection trigger feature. This feature enforces strict limitation policies on specific types of triggers. Please read the following details.

In TencentDB for SQL Server, only the following triggers can be migrated, created, or modified:

CREATE_PROCEDURE, ALTER_PROCEDURE, DROP_PROCEDURE

CREATE_FUNCTION, ALTER_FUNCTION, DROP_FUNCTION

CREATE_STATISTICS, DROP_STATISTICS, UPDATE_STATISTICS

DDL_TABLE_EVENTS, DDL_VIEW_EVENTS, and other DDL event groups

Triggers other than the types listed above cannot be created or modified.

If a migrated file contains triggers other than those listed above, the triggers are automatically deleted after the migration is completed.
