To ensure the continued provision of long-term, stable service, the IM Intelligent Customer Service (Desk) chatbot will officially begin charging based on the volume of messages processed by the bot, effective April 21, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8).Each subscription plan includes a complimentary quota of free messages. No overage charges will be incurred before the free quota is exhausted.
Bonus Quota:
Standard Desk: 12,000 items/month;
Premium Desk: 25,000 items/month.
To avoid any impact on your business after the quota is used up, we recommend that you estimate your message usage in advance and purchase message resource packs.
