When you do not need an instance, you can use Terminate to the instance, and the instance by Terminate will be isolated. For isolated instances, you can renew, Resume or release instances according to different scenarios and requirements.
After an instance is terminated completely, its data will not be recoverable. Please back up the data in advance.
After the instance completes Terminate, the IP resources will be released at the same time. If the instance has a relevant disaster recovery instance, the disaster recovery instance will be disconnected synchronously and automatically upgraded to the primary instance.
After an instance is terminated completely, the refund procedures are as detailed below:
- For an order placed from promotion rewarding channels, 25% of the actual cash payment amount will be deducted from the refund amount as a refund handling fee. Currently, self-service refund is unavailable for such kind of orders, and the refund application should be initiated by Submitting a ticket .
After Pay as you go instance Terminate, the instance status becomes [in isolation] and is retained for 24 hours, during which time the instance cannot be Access. If you want Resume for this instance, you can renew Resume in the instance list.
