If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the rules regarding resources when there are overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.
Notification
When your account is overdue, notifications for service suspension will be sent to your Tencent Cloud account creators and all collaborators through email and SMS on the day of and after expiration.
Service Suspension
Your SSM service will be suspended 24 hours after your account becomes overdue. At this time, your access to SSM will be denied, but your secret data will be retained. After the service is suspended, secret storage and API calls will not incur fees.
Resource Repossession
Secret resources will be released 168 hours (7 days) after account suspension. To use your secrets, please pay the overdue payment as soon as possible.
