What are the definitions of Partner Voucher (1st type), Partner Voucher (2nd type), and Customer Voucher (3rd type)? What are the differences between them?

Partner Vouchers (1st type) can be deducted from fees paid by resellers for all their end customers. The cost of this type of voucher is borne by Tencent Cloud. Only sales managers of Tencent Cloud can apply for this type of voucher for resellers.
Partner Vouchers (2nd type) can be deducted from fees paid by resellers for designated end customers. The cost of this type of voucher is borne by Tencent Cloud. Resellers can apply for this type of voucher in the console. Vouchers are granted upon the approval of Tencent Cloud.
Partner Vouchers (3rd type) can be deducted from fees paid by end customers. The cost of this type of voucher is borne by resellers who grant this type of voucher to their end customers in the console independently. Tencent Cloud is not involved in the process.

In the multi-level distribution mode, what is the logic of voucher granting?

Distributors are responsible for allocating voucher limits to second-level resellers, while second-level resellers grant customer vouchers to their end customers within the limits.
Notes:
Distributors cannot directly grant customer vouchers to end customers of second-level resellers.
Amounts of redeemed vouchers of end customers of second-level resellers will be displayed in bills of end customers from second-level resellers' views, bills of end customers from their own views, and bills of second-level resellers from distributors' views.
For example, if an end customer purchases a resource at the list price of USD 10, after an amount of USD 2 of a customer voucher is redeemed, the actual bill amount is USD 8. In this case, the billing details displayed for bills of second-level resellers from distributors' views, bills of end customers from second-level resellers' views, and bills of end customers from their own views will be that for the list price USD 10, the actual bill amount is USD 8 after the redemption of a customer voucher with the amount of USD 2.

Are there any limits on the amounts of partner vouchers applied for?

Resellers need to negotiate with sales managers in advance on the limits.

How to grant vouchers to end customers, and are there any limits on the amounts?

Costs of customer vouchers are borne by resellers, with no limits on the amounts. For the operation on voucher granting of distributors, see Customer Voucher. In the multi-reseller mode, vouchers for end customers are granted by second-level resellers. See Voucher Management.

Can the voucher amounts be fully deducted for product purchases?

Can the same voucher amount be divided into multiple amounts for deduction for multiple times?

Can vouchers be redeemed from the resource bills generated before an end customer receives the vouchers?

Can partner vouchers already used be invalidated? Are there any impacts?

Vouchers that are within the validity period and have remaining balances can be invalidated. They cannot be used for future redemption, while the parts already redeemed are not affected.

What is the maximum validity period that can be set for a customer voucher?

If vouchers that have balances are withdrawn, will the orders with parts of vouchers already redeemed be affected?
