Overdue Payment Instructions

For monthly subscription TencentDB services, a warning will be sent before expiration. If arrears occur, corresponding warning notifications will also be provided. This document introduces instructions related to TencentDB arrears.
Expiration Warning
For monthly subscription resources, an expiration warning will be pushed seven days before expiration and every other day. The warning message will be sent to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account and all collaborators via email and SMS.
Overdue Payment Warning
For monthly subscription resources, an overdue isolation warning will be pushed on the expiration date and every other day. The warning message will be sent to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account and all collaborators via email and SMS.
Recycling Mechanism
The system will send you renewal reminder notifications seven days before the expiration of cloud service resources.
Cloud services can still be used within seven days after expiration. In the instance list, the Instance Status is still Running. The Billing Mode shows Expired, and the expiration time can be seen, as shown in the figure below. You need to renew as soon as possible. The system will send cloud service expiration reminders.
The eighth to fourteenth day after expiration, this TencentDB cannot be used. The instance status is Pending termination. You can perform the renewal operation on the instance list page of the console to restore resources.
If the TencentDB is not renewed fourteen days after expiration, the resource will be reclaimed by the system, and the data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Upon expiration, the TencentDB remains available for seven days and unavailable for seven days, neither of which is billed during this period. You can renew the device within these fourteen days, with the renewal start time being the expiration time of the previous period. If the balance is sufficient, the automatic renewal is performed as usual for the device with automatic renewal settings.
