This document primarily introduces the billing modes, billing items, billing cycle, and other information for Tencent Cloud LighthouseCOS(LHCOS), helping you quickly understand its billing system.

Billing Mode

LHCOS supports the pay-as-you-go (postpaid) billing mode. Details are as follows:

Pay-as-you-go (postpaid)
LHCOS adopts the default pay-as-you-go billing method, where you use first and pay later. Based on the actual usage of each billing item, measurement, settlement, deduction, and billing are performed daily.

Billing Item

Note:
The billing unit for the storage capacity billing item is GB. Capacity unit conversion is based on the 1024 scale. For example: standard storage capacity 1TB = 1024GB.
The billing unit for the traffic billing item is GB. Traffic unit conversion is based on the 1024 scale. For example: public network outbound traffic 1TB = 1024GB.
LHCOS's billing item names, descriptions, billing formulas, applicable regions, and billing methods for LHCOS are detailed as follows:

Standard Storage Usage
Refers to the storage space occupied by the user's standard storage type data. The fees are calculated based on the actual standard storage usage and the actual storage duration.
Daily settlement, daily storage usage fees = daily storage usage unit price × daily storage usage, daily storage usage = sum of "storage usage every 5 minutes" for that day / 288 (number of sampling points).

Public network downstream traffic
The traffic generated when data is downloaded from LHCOS to user's local environment or client via public network (public network).
Daily settlement, traffic fees = unit price per GB × daily accumulated traffic volume.

Public network upstream traffic
The traffic generated when data is uploaded from user's local environment or client to LHCOS via public network (public network).

The traffic generated by data transmitted from the client to LHCOS via the Tencent Cloud private network.

Daily settlement of fees incurred from 00:00:00 - 23:59:59 the previous day, and generate the bill.

Daily settlement of fees incurred from 00:00:00 - 23:59:59 the previous day, and generate the bill.
Note:
The billing system may experience some delays. Daily bills will be generated around 08:00 each day.
