Introduction
For users purchasing a Tencent Cloud Lighthouse server with the Razor Speed Bundle, a 50GB universal free storage quota for Tencent Cloud LighthouseCOS(LHCOS) will be granted across all regions. Each primary account can receive up to 50GB of free storage quota, with the validity period equivalent to the latest expiry time among all Razor Speed Bundle instances under the account.
Billable Item
The free storage quota can only be used to offset storage capacity fees. Public network downstream traffic fees are not eligible for offsetting.
Billing order
The offset priority for Storage Capacity Fee is: free storage quota > pay-as-you-go. The regional offset order is based on the postpaid list price from high to low.
Effective Region
1. For regions supported by LHCOS, the free storage quota is universal across all regions. For specific supported regions, refer to Product Overview. 2. By purchasing a Razor Speed Bundle in any region, you can receive free storage. Specifically, for regions not supported by LHCOS, (such as Frankfurt, Jakarta, Seoul, and so on), purchasing a server in that region still grants you a universal free storage quota across all regions, which can be used for regions supported by LHCOS.
Validity period
Each primary account can receive up to 50GB of free storage quota, with the validity period equivalent to the latest expiry time among all Razor Speed Bundle instances under the account. In other words, if you already have a free storage quota and purchase additional Razor Speed Bundle servers, the free storage capacity will not stack, and the validity period may be extended based on the validity period of the newly purchased servers.
The impact of server status changes on free storage duration is as follows:
Purchase: If the expiry date of the new server is later than that of the free storage quota, the validity period of the free storage quota will be extended accordingly.
Renewal: If the server's expiry date after renewal is later than that of the free storage quota, the validity period of the free storage quota will be extended accordingly.
Return/Destroy: If the expiry time of the remaining servers is shorter than that of the free storage quota, the validity period of the free storage quota will be shortened accordingly. Note: Servers pending recycling are not considered valid servers and are not included in the calculation of free storage duration.

Will existing Razor Speed Bundle users receive free storage quota?
Razor Speed Bundle is available to both new and existing users. Existing users will be automatically granted free storage quota.
Which billing items can the free storage quota be used to offset?
Free storage quota is only applicable to offsetting storage capacity fees. It is not applicable to public network downstream traffic fees.

Traffic from private network downloads is free, while public network downloads incur public network downstream traffic fees. Will returning/destroying servers affect the free storage quota?
Servers in pending recycling/decommissioned status under the Razor Speed Bundle are not considered valid and will not be included in the calculation of the free storage quota's validity period. After Razor Speed Bundle servers are returned/decommissioned:
If the expiry date of the remaining Razor Speed Bundle servers is earlier than that of the free storage quota, the validity period of the free storage quota will be shortened accordingly.
If there are no remaining Razor Speed Bundle servers, the free storage quota will expire/become invalid.
Once the free storage quota expires/becomes invalid, the bucket will still exist. How will it be charged subsequently?
A bucket itself is merely a logical space and incurs no fees. Fees are charged only when file storage in the bucket incurs storage capacity or public network downstream traffic usage. After the free storage quota expires/becomes invalid:
If files are still stored in the bucket and incur storage capacity or public network downstream traffic usage, fees will be charged.
If no files are stored in the bucket and no storage capacity or public network downstream traffic usage is incurred, no fees will be charged.
Will users who have not purchased the Razor Speed Bundle be granted free storage quota?
No, only Razor Speed Bundle users will receive the free storage quota. The validity period equals the latest expiry date of all Razor Speed Bundle servers under the account.
