1. BACKGROUND
This Module applies if you use Tencent Cloud Managed Service for Grafana (“Feature”). This Module is incorporated into the Data Processing and Security Agreement located at DPSA. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the DPSA. In the event of any conflict between the DPSA and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. PROCESSING
We will process the following data in connection with the Feature:

Configuration file information:DNS, environment variables, LDAP (a set of authentication credentials for controlling access rights in the Feature), plug-ins, data sources, service roles, whitelists | We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you, including to enable you to customize the Feature and modifying a Grafana instance and other environment variables.
Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our TencentDB for MySQL feature. |
Configuration Data:Grafana dashboard configuration settings, alert, data source | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you, in accordance with your settings on the dashboard, and the other functions relating to the configuration of alert and data source settings.
Please note that this data is stored in your own resource in our Cloud Block Storage (CBS) feature, and backed up in our Cloud Object Storage (COS) feature. |
Rendered images (screenshots) of your Grafana dashboard | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you, by providing you a rendered image of your Grafana dashboard when you initiate a rendering request.
Please note that this data is stored in your own chosen resource (such as CBS or other Tencent Cloud storage resource of your choice). |

5. DATA RETENTION
We will store personal data processed in connection with the Feature as follows:

Configuration File Information and Configuration Data | We retain such data until you request for deletion of the instance or you otherwise terminate your use of the Feature¸ in which case such data will be deleted within seven (7) days.” |
Rendered images (screenshots) of your Grafana dashboard | We retain such data until you request for deletion of the instance, upgrade your instance or set service roles, in which case such data will be deleted within seven (7) days. |
You can request deletion of such personal data in accordance with the DPSA.
6.SPECIAL CONDITIONS
You must ensure that this Feature is only used by end users who are of at least the minimum age at which an individual can consent to the processing of their personal data. This may be different depending on the jurisdiction in which an end user is located.
