Limits on Purchase Regions
The Cloud Virtual Desktop (CVD) service is available for purchase in the Singapore region. Other regions will be gradually available. If you require more regions, contact our sales team in advance.
Purchase Quotas for CVD Instances
Each account has a quota of 100 CVD instances per region. Each account has a quota of 5 Graphics CVD instances. To request a higher quota, contact our sales team in advance.
Quota for Total Policies
Each account has a quota of 10 custom policies. To request a higher quota, contact our sales team.
Port 80 Occupied by CVD by Default
Port 80 is used by CVD instances for communication with backend management components and is occupied by default. When you use a CVD instance, prevent applications within the instance from occupying port 80 to avoid connection failures.
Must-Knows for Using VPN in CVD Instances
Remind end users to exercise caution when using VPN or firewall-type network tools in CVD instances, as they may cause connection exceptions.
Must-Knows for Network Configuration in CVD Instances
Remind end users not to perform network operations such as disabling the NIC or changing routes in CVD instances, as this may cause connection failures.
Promptly Data Saving in CVD
Remind end users to save their data promptly while using a CVD instance to avoid unnecessary losses caused by accidental data loss or corruption.
