CLOUD VIRTUAL DESKTOP INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy Module ("Module") applies if you use Tencent Cloud International Cloud Virtual Desktop (the "Feature"). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
CONTROLLERSHIP
The controller of the personal data described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect, receive, store and otherwise process the following personal data about you:

Authentication and Security Credential Information | Information for user and role management, account activation and authentication including app ID, UIN, username, password, email address, phone number, and end user IP address. |
Configuration Data | Configuration and settings including compute and instance configurations, network configurations, access request metadata, remote command data, policies and security settings, session monitoring data. |
Diagnostic and Usage Data | Information in relation to your use of the Feature that is generated such as billing mode, virtual desktop data and error message. |
End User Device Information | Data about device of end user of the Feature such as such as system operating system. |
To provide the Feature to you, we may also process the above data through integration with our features as follows:
Tencent Cloud Virtual Machine;
Tencent Virtual Private Cloud;
Tencent NAT Gateway;
Tencent Security Group.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
We will only use your personal data for the purposes and legal bases set out below:

We use data including Authentication and Security Credential Information to operate and provide you with the Feature. | It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you. |
Troubleshooting. We use data including Authentication and Security Credential Information, Diagnostic and Usage Data, End User Device Information to resolve errors, bugs or failures, analyze the reasons and troubleshoot such problems. | It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you. |
Billing. We use data including Authentication Data, Configuration Data, Diagnostic and Usage Data to facilitate our billing process. | It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you. |
HOW WE STORE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
As specified in the Privacy Policy.
DATA RETENTION
We will retain personal data in Section 3 for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose(s) as described in this Module and as required or authorized by applicable laws, to resolve disputes and to enforce our terms and conditions, other applicable terms of service, and our policies.
The actual retention period can vary for different data categories, depending on the context of your interactions with us, your configuration set up and your use of the Feature (e.g., if you request or set a longer or shorter retention period).
For example, for Authentication and Security Credential information, Configuration Data and Diagnostic and Usage Data, we generally retain such information during lifetime of service and within 120 days upon cessation of service, or until account deletion to provide you and your end users with the Feature, other than IP address and certain operating system information that forms part of Authentication and Security Credential information and End User Device Information, which is automatically deleted every 90 days upon data collection.
Other criteria used to determine the retention periods include:
a longer or shorter retention period is requested or determined by you; or
such data is configured to be retained for as long as the user account exists; or
required or authorized by applicable law.
