The version fee is charged on a yearly or monthly subscription basis. WeData currently offers Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition, and Flagship Edition. You can select the appropriate version based on your team’s business needs. The Tencent Cloud official website currently supports the purchase of Professional, Enterprise, and Flagship editions.

Important Notes

Versions purchased in different regions are not interchangeable. Within the same region, only one product version can be purchased at a time. If a version has already been purchased in the region, you may upgrade to a higher version or wait until the current version expires to purchase another edition in the same region.
Once a version expires, its corresponding features will no longer be available. Please make sure to renew in advance.
After downgrading, features exclusive to the higher version will immediately become unavailable.

Version Upgrade and Downgrade Instructions

The product supports version changes, with the expiration time of the version remaining unchanged after the change. If you perform a version upgrade, you only need to pay the price difference for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
Note:
Version downgrades are currently not supported.

Renewal Instructions

You can renew before the product version expires. If renewal is not completed before expiration, the version’s features will be disabled. When purchasing, you can enable Auto-Renewal to avoid service interruption caused by delayed renewal.

Service Suspension Instructions

Before the expiration of the product version (including Professional, Enterprise, and Flagship editions), expiration notifications will be sent. If renewal is not completed before expiration, the product’s features will be immediately disabled once the version expires.
After expiration, you may either renew or log back into the purchase page to repurchase the version.
