Tencent Cloud WeData product editions and resources are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Please renew timely before the edition or resources expire to ensure features and related tasks operate normally.
Notes
After the product edition expires, features will be locked and unusable.
Once a resource package within a resource group expires, the expired resources will be terminated by default, and unexpired resources will be refunded by default.
The entire resource group will be frozen and unusable. To ensure normal task operation, please renew your resources promptly.
Message Alert
After specifying the message recipient and reception method through Message Subscription Management, you will receive the following alert information.
Alert Type | Description |
Alert for Expiry | Resource packages within the resource group will, within 7 days before expiration, push an expiration alert message to the user. The alert will be sent to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, global resource collaborator, and financial collaborator via email and SMS. |
Arrears Reminder | For resource packages within the resource group, on the day of expiration and thereafter, arrears isolation alert messages will be pushed to the users. The alerts will be sent to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account and all collaborators via email and SMS. |
Renewal Methods
Tencent Cloud offers two renewal options, auto-renewal and non-auto-renewal, which can be configured when purchasing resources:
Automatic Renewal
The system will check daily, 7 days before the expiry of the resource package, to see if there is enough balance in the user's account to renew resources set for <automatic renewal</1>.
If the account balance is sufficient, the system will perform automatic renewal on the day of resource expiration.
If the account balance is insufficient, the system will notify the creator of the Tencent Cloud account and all collaborators, advising of the insufficient account balance and suggesting manual recharge.
Non-auto Renewal
The system will send an expiration notification to the user within 7 days before the resource expiration. If the user has not renewed by the day of expiration, the user will be notified that the resource has expired.
Recycling and Mechanism
Product Feature Edition
If the product edition is not renewed before it expires (including the day of expiration), the system will lock the edition features after expiration, and you will not be able to use the related features.
Execute Resources
Isolation:
If the resource package is not renewed before it expires (including the day of expiration), the system will isolate the resource package after expiration.
Terminate and Release:
If the resource package is not renewed within 7 days after expiration (including the 7th day), WeData will automatically clean up and terminate the corresponding execute resources on the 7th day after expiration. After destruction, data will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
