1. INTRODUCTION
This Module applies if you use Tencent Cloud WeData,  ("Feature"). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at  ("Privacy Policy"). Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. CONTROLLERSHIP
The controller of the personal information described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.
3. AVAILABILITY
This Feature is available to users globally but primarily intended for users located in the same country/region as the selected service region for optimal performance.
4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will use the information in the following ways and in accordance with the following legal bases:

Task Log Data, including availability zone, cluster name, cluster description, calculated CU number (number of CVM's CPU), VPC (Virtual Private Cloud), storage (data for allocation of storage determined by user, aiming to design data storage), automatic renewal, purchase time (when the order is generated), hardware, software, and/or system errors, and monitor events that occur in the system.
We use this information for the purpose of providing this Feature to you, and for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes.
We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature.
Billing Data, including APPID, UIN, billing mode, total amount, any voucher deductions, total cost, expenditure trend, tax amount, fee details (i.e. subscription fee, data integration resource fee, data scheduling resource fee).	
We use this information for billing purpose.
We process this information as it is necessary for us to perform our contract with you to provide the Feature.
5. HOW WE STORE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
As specified in the Privacy Policy.
6. DATA RETENTION
We will retain personal information in accordance with the following:

We retain this for as long as you use the Feature. We delete this data within 30 days following the earlier date of (i) you terminating your subscription for the Feature, (ii) the Feature ceasing to be offered, (iii) or the termination or deletion of your account.
Billing Data
This is retained for 12 months following the earlier date of (i) you terminating your subscription for the Feature, (ii) the Feature ceasing to be offered, (iii) or the termination or deletion of your account.
