I. Interactive Data Management

The interactive data management module allows you to view statistics based on selected filters, such as a specified time period, merchant, or digital human role. This includes:
Total number of created streams: The cumulative number of the created video streams.
Total number of Q&A sessions: The cumulative number of the created Q&A sessions.
Total service time (minutes): The combined online time of all video streams.
Average service time per single stream (minutes): Calculated as total service time divided by total stream creation count.
Maximum concurrency: The number of streams created simultaneously within the same time period.

II. Broadcasting Data Management

The broadcasting data management module allows you to view statistics based on the selected filters, such as a specified time period, merchant, or digital human role. This includes:
Total audio/video duration (minutes): The cumulative duration of all produced audio and video files.
Total number of audio/video files: The cumulative number of all produced audio and video files.
Maximum concurrency: The maximum number of simultaneously produced audio/video files at a given time.
