Customers onboarded after September 10, 2026 are subject to the following instructions.
After September 10, 2026, manual renewal through the Anti-DDoS console will no longer be supported for historical editions of Anti-DDoS Pro or Anti-DDoS Advanced. If you are an existing Anti-DDoS Pro or Anti-DDoS Advanced customer and need to renew a historical subscription edition, you can do so on the Billing Center > Renewal Management page. Automatic renewal configurations for historical editions of Anti-DDoS Pro or Anti-DDoS Advanced will not be affected and will continue to take effect. If you have subscribed to DDoS Defender, you need to manually renew the package before it expires or enable automatic renewal. To do so, follow the steps below.
Manual Renewal
You can manually renew your subscription as needed. To do so, follow the steps below:
2. On the Overview page, locate the DDoS Defender Subscription Management card.
3. Click the Renew Now button.
4. In the renewal dialog that appears, select the renewal duration, select the checkbox to agree to the service agreement, and click OK.
5. You will be redirected to the order payment confirmation page. If you have a voucher, select it to apply the voucher, and then click Submit Order.
6. After submitting the order, select the corresponding payment method to complete the payment.
Automatic Renewal
If you prefer not to renew manually, Tencent Cloud provides the automatic renewal feature for your plan. After you enable automatic renewal, the system automatically renews your plan for one month before it expires. Make sure that your account has sufficient balance, or the renewal will fail. You can enable or disable automatic renewal on the DDoS plan management page. To do so, follow the steps below:
2. On the Overview page, locate the DDoS Defender Subscription Management card.
3. Click Enable Automatic Renewal.
4. In the dialog that appears, confirm the product configuration for automatic renewal, select I have read and agree to the automatic renewal rules. Automatic renewal will occur when the account balance is sufficient, and click Enable Automatic Renewal. Notice:
After automatic renewal is enabled for the plan, the system will renew the plan one day before it expires.
If automatic renewal fails due to reasons such as insufficient account balance, the system will keep retrying the renewal until it succeeds or the plan is terminated.
