What Is
Tencent Cloud Distributed Cache is a high-availability, high-reliability, and auto-scaling database service that is compatible with the Redis protocol. It is built based on Tencent Cloud's years of expertise in the distributed caching field. TencentDB for Redis provides both standard and cluster architecture versions. It supports up to 8 TB of storage capacity and millions of concurrent requests, making it suitable for various business scenarios, including caching, storage, and computing.
CDC Mode
CDC dedicated entry must be created within the CDC cluster. For details, see Creating CRedis. Billing mode: Exclusive cluster scale billing. Tencent Cloud Distributed Cache must be purchased in advance. Subsequent creation of Redis instances will not incur charges (only for instance fees; value-added services such as Database Audit and backups will still be charged according to central cloud standards).
Regions and AZs are displayed as the access-controlled AZs, while resources are actually allocated on the corresponding product service clusters within CDC clusters.
Object storage types are only supported for Tencent Cloud Distributed Cache that have been purchased and deployed in the current cluster.
