Transaction Protection Period
To facilitate your use of Marketplace products, refunds for software and cloud resources will be provided based on the product provider's (our partner's) refund configurations, billing methods, acceptance rules, etc., if you are dissatisfied after purchase.
Unsubscribe and Refund Rules
During the transaction protection period: If a product is unsubscribed, a partial or full refund will be issued. The specific amount is determined through negotiation between the software provider (that is, the partner) and the user, with the upper limit being the amount actually paid by the user.
Beyond the transaction protection period: Unsubscription is not supported for orders or contracts that have exceeded the transaction protection period.
