Marketplace Onboarding Process
Before application software is listed, partners need to first complete Tencent Cloud product partner application and Marketplace onboarding application.
Marketplace will comprehensively evaluate partners' admission based on their corporate qualifications, service capabilities, cloud consumption plan, and other factors. Partners can only list software for sale on Marketplace after their onboarding application is approved.
Step 1: Tencent Cloud Product Partner Application
Marketplace only supports partner applications for product partners. If you already have partner status, you can skip this step.

Admission Requirements | 1. Complies with relevant national laws and regulations, possesses formal company qualifications, and has a valid business license (outside Chinese mainland). 2. The company must have been established for at least 2 years with a technical and customer service team of 5 or more members. 3. Provides at least 5 × 8 hours of online customer support per week. 4. Partners must have an annual self-purchased cloud consumption of > $50,000 USD or provide clear plans with cloud consumption. |
Delivery Method | 1. Marketplace delivers software, allowing customers to install and deploy via a link. The deliverables include partner software + public cloud resources. 2. Tencent Cloud assists partners in promotion and sales, while partners are responsible for product delivery and Ops. |
Application Process | 1. Register a Tencent Cloud enterprise account, click to view Registration Address. Note: Marketplace currently only supports product transactions in Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), and Singapore. Therefore, please select one of these three entities for account registration location and real-name verification location. 2. Log in to your Tencent Cloud enterprise account and complete enterprise real-name verification, which requires uploading enterprise identity documents (business registration documents, commercial registration certificate, tax registration certificate, etc.). For details, refer to the enterprise real-name verification guide.  3. Log in to the Tencent Cloud official website - Partner Application, select the partner type as "Product Cooperation", and complete the entry information submission. |
Step Two: Marketplace Onboarding Process
1. Log in to your Tencent Cloud account.
Note:
The Tencent Cloud account used for login must meet the following requirement: the account has completed and passed the "Product Cooperation" identity application and passed the review on the Tencent Cloud official website.
2. Fill in the
2.1 Access the Marketplace onboarding page Partner Onboarding to Marketplace. If you already have a product partner account & identity, the page will display as follows. You can click Apply to Enter Marketplace to proceed with onboarding.
2.2 Fill in the onboarding information.
You need to fill in the basic enterprise information, cloud resource consumption plan, and read and sign the Tencent Cloud Marketplace Products Cooperation Agreement, Privacy Agreement, and Data Processing and Security Agreement.
2.3 Marketplace review.
Review Processing Time Note:
After submitting the application, Marketplace will complete the review within 2 - 3 business days. Please wait patiently. For Forent matters, contact your assigned architect to matters expedited processing.
