Data Processing And Security Agreement

1. BACKGROUND
This Module applies if you use Performance Testing Service ("Feature"). This Module is incorporated into the Data Processing and Security Agreement located at DPSA. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the DPSA. In the event of any conflict between the DPSA and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
2. PROCESSING
We will process the following data in connection with the Feature:
Personal Information | Use |
User and Project Configuration Data: Your user information: APPID, UIN, user name Project information: Project ID, project name, project description, project tag Environment variable configuration: Environment ID, environment name, key and value Alert configuration: notice channel (mobile number and/or email address), notice history Data relating to your purchased resources: Resource package, resource ID, resource usage | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you in accordance to your specific configuration. Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our TencentDB for MySQL feature, and alert configuration data is also integrated in our Tencent Cloud Observability Platform feature in order to provide notices to you in accordance with your configuration. |
Your Uploaded Files and Scenario Data: Scenario information: Scenario ID, scenario load specification / configuration, test scripts (uploaded or inputted by you, or generated using our Feature add-on in accordance to your instruction) Files uploaded by you: Parameter file (relating to your custom parameters for performance testing scripts), protocol file (your protocol interface definitions for performance testing scripts), request files (for performance of the testing scripts, including request body content, images, authentication files) | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you in accordance to your specific configuration. Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our Cloud Object Storage feature. |
Log Data (generated from your executed performance testing tasks as part of the Feature): job ID, machine IP, machine region, trace ID, span ID, timestamp, request body, response body, response status code, request URL, request protocol, request duration | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you in accordance to your specific configuration. Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our Cloud Log Service feature. |
Metric Data (generated from your executed performance testing tasks as part of the Feature): request URL, request protocol, request duration, response status code, bandwidth, VU (thread count initiated during the testing process) | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you in accordance to your specific configuration. Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our TencentCloud Managed Service for Prometheus feature. |
Generated Report: Performance testing report generated for you | We only process this data for the purposes of providing the Feature to you. Please note that this data is stored and backed up in our Cloud Object Storage feature. |
3. SERVICE REGION
As specified in the DPSA. The main and backup servers for this Feature are in Singapore.
4. SUB-PROCESSORS
As specified in the DPSA.
5. DATA RETENTION
We will store personal data processed in connection with the Feature as follows:

User and Project Configuration Data | We retain such data until you terminate your use of the Feature, request deletion of your data, and/or terminate/delete your account, in which case we will delete this data within 30 days of such termination or request. |
Your Uploaded Files and Scenario Data | |
Generated Report | We retain such data for 45 days after completion of the performance testing, unless you terminate your use of the Feature and/or your account, in which case we will delete this data within 30 days of such termination (whichever is earlier). |
You can request deletion of such personal data in accordance with the DPSA.
6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
You must ensure that this Feature is only used by end users who are of at least the minimum age at which an individual can consent to the processing of their personal data. This may be different depending on the jurisdiction in which an end user is located.
This Feature is not intended for the processing of sensitive data. You must ensure that this Feature is not used to transfer or otherwise process any sensitive data by you or your end users.
