Refund Rule

For individual account purchases, Tencent Cloud Certification supports refund operations when the exam has not been scheduled. You need to submit a refund request through the order within the order validity period. Refunds are not provided if the order validity period is exceeded. The specific time range is from the time you complete the Payment Order to the first feedback time.
If there is a suspected abnormality or malicious refund, Tencent Cloud reserve the right to reject the refund application.
Vouchers (vouchers/discount coupons) used during the purchase cannot be returned. Non-voucher payments will be refunded to the payer's Tencent Cloud Account according to the payment method and payment ratio.

Refund Process

1. Log in to Tencent Cloud Certification, and enter the Order Management page.
2. Select the product subject to be refunded, click Request a Refund to enter the refund page and Confirm.

3. You can view return orders on the Order Management page. If the order status is Refunded, you can view the payment in the Expense Center.
