Management Console
Overview
The management console serves as the backend operation platform for the Intelligent Pre-Consultation (IPC) system. It provides features such as data operation, questionnaire list, account management, system settings, and department-recommended questionnaire management. It supports various inquiry processes and fine-grained data management, helping organizations efficiently configure the system, optimize medical record collection and operational analysis, and implement end-to-end control of intelligent diagnosis.
Registration and Login
Registration
For hospital/institution administrator accounts: Please contact the staff to activate the account in the backend. For regular user accounts: Please contact the administrator of your affiliated institution to activate the account.
Log in.
IPC provides account selection for login. Enter the Activated account and verification code to access the system.
Pre-Consultation Assistant
Questionnaire list: Admins can view and manage all inquiry questionnaires, including creation, edit, enable/disable, and historical record inquiry.
Account management: Admins can maintain platform account info, supporting account creation, permission assignment, and personnel updates.
System settings: Admins can perform basic parameter settings for the platform, including patient-side page configuration.
Department questionnaire management: Admins can maintain and configure recommended questionnaires by department.
Pre-Consultation Health Checkup Assistant
Health check data statistics: Admins can view and analyze related data, including transaction records, number of users, and user age distribution.
Health check questionnaire management: Admins can create, edit, and carry out maintenance for related questionnaire content.
Popular option configuration: Admins can customize frequently used health check items and questionnaire recommendations, and flexibly adjust the display of popular options.
Account management: Admins can manage the organization's accounts, supporting adding, editing, and deletion.
Health Analysis Summary, Medical Examination Report Recommendations, Medical Examination Report Summary
Knowledge base management: Admins can maintain reference answers, edit, add, and categorize common issues.
Data statistics: Admins can view business usage data, including transaction records, number of users, report count, and token consumption.
Account management: Admins can manage the organization's accounts, supporting adding, editing, and deletion.
Patient Terminal
After deployment, users can directly access the Intelligent Pre-Consultation patient termnal and initiate a session.
