1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy Module (“Module”) applies if you use Intelligent Guidance and/or Intelligent Pre-Consultation (each, a “Feature” and together, the “Features”). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. CONTROLLERSHIP

The controller of the personal data described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.

3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect, receive, store and otherwise process the following personal data about you:

Data Category Details
Configuration Data Configuration and settings including application ID, name, type and description, domain name, service region, URL and network type.
Resource Data Information on the application files or digital assets including resource name, ID, and threat level assessment.
User Interaction and Application Data Information in relation to interaction of you or end users with the Features such as error message, debugging information, IP address information, execution time, access time, URL, timestamp, request creation time, DNS domain name and network type.
Billing Data Information relating to billing including fees, username, password, bandwidth, bit rate, interface call volume and call time.
End User Device Information Data about device of end user of the Features such as network type, device model, operating system, system attributes and bandwidth.
Request Data Information relating to customers’ call requests including request interface and template name, request ID, output, result, timestamp, request time, response time and status.
Patient Data Information that customer’s end users (patients) provide during their use of the Features, including their gender and health data (including chief complaint, description of symptoms, medical history and conditions).
Contract Staff Information Information relating to the contract staff of the hospital, including telephone and email.
Doctor Information
Applicable to Intelligent Guidance only
Information relating to the customers’ doctors including their specialty and basic introduction.
Hospital Information
Applicable to Intelligent Guidance only
Information relating to the hospital including department name and information.

To provide the Feature to you, we may also process the above data through integration with our features as follows:

  • Cloud Object Storage;
  • Apache Kafka;
  • TencentDB for MongoDB;
  • TencentDB for REDIS;
  • TDSQL for MySQL;
  • Elasticsearch Service;
  • Tencent Cloud DeepSeek Open AI API;
  • Automatic Speech Recognition; and
  • Tencent Cloud VectorDB.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes and legal bases set out below:

Purpose Legal Basis
Provide our Features. We use data including Configuration Data, Resource Data, User Interaction and Application Data, Request Data and Contract Staff Data. It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you.
Maintain your configuration settings. We use data including Configuration Data to maintain your configuration settings of the Features and deliver statistics to help you manage the Features. It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you.
Troubleshooting. We use data including User Interaction and Application Data and Request Data to monitor the Features’ performance and quality, detect and identify errors, bugs or failures, analyze the reasons and troubleshoot such problems. It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you.
Billing. We use Billing Data to facilitate our billing process. It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you.
Improve and develop our Features.
We both Intelligent Guidance and Intelligent Pre-Consultation, use User Interaction and Application Data, End User Device Information and Patient Data for algorithm training.
For Intelligent Guidance only, we use Doctor Information and Hospital Information for algorithm training.
We use such data to improve and optimize our training models and algorithms relating to our Features in order to improve end users’ experience when using the Features.
It is in our legitimate interests to process this information to improve the accuracy of our models and algorithms in order to improve the operation of the Features.
For health data, we rely on consent.

5. HOW WE STORE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

As specified in the Privacy Policy.

6. DATA RETENTION

We will retain personal data in Section 3 for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose(s) as described in this Module and as required or authorized by applicable laws, to resolve disputes and to enforce our terms and conditions, other applicable terms of service, and our policies.

The actual retention period can vary for different data categories, depending on the context of your interactions with us, your configuration set up and your use of the Features (e.g., if you request or set a longer or shorter retention period).

For example, for Configuration Data, Resource Data, Billing Data, User Interaction and Application Data, and End User Device Information, we retain such data during the life time of the Features and within 30 days upon account deletion or the customer’s deletion request.

For example, for Request Data, Patient Data, Doctor Information and Hospital Information, we generally retain such data for the duration determined by the customer, otherwise, such data will be deleted within 30 days upon account deletion or the customer’s deletion request.

Other criteria used to determine the retention periods include:

  • a longer or shorter retention period is requested or determined by the customer;
  • such data is configured to be retained for as long as the user account exists;
  • if you withdraw consent (where consent is relied on as the legal basis); or
  • required or authorized by applicable law.
