Public network access: If Public network is selected for Network Type, the following 2 methods are supported for the instance:
Bind an existing EIP: Associate an existing EIP with the instance.
Use the automatically assigned public IP address: The system creates a pay-by-traffic EIP and binds it to the ALB instance.
EIP consistency constraint: For the same ALB instance, the EIP types bound to different AZs must be consistent.
Network Billing Mode
Select Pay by traffic or Pay by BWP.
Pay by traffic: You are billed based on the actual traffic used. This billing mode is suitable for scenarios where traffic fluctuates significantly.
Pay by BWP: Multiple EIPs share the bandwidth quota. It is suitable for aggregating billing for multiple IP addresses and can reduce public network costs.
If the EIP types selected for the AZs are all pay-by-traffic, you can choose to add them to a Bandwidth Package (BWP).

If Pay by BWP is selected for Network Billing Mode, select the target BWP.
Instance Name
Enter up to 80 characters. Only letters, digits, Chinese characters, periods, underscores, and hyphens are supported.
Tag
You can select a tag key and a tag value or add a tag. For details, see Creating a Tag.
3. After the parameters are set, select Service Agreement and Open Beta Notice and click Buy Now to create the instance.
