iOA SaaS is a prepaid billing product. This document describes the overdue payment instructions and data reclamation mechanisms for iOA SaaS.
Expiration Warning
From 7 days before expiration until resource release, the system will push notifications to you, such as the service expiration reminder and the request to renew in time. The notifications will be sent to the Tencent Cloud account creator and all collaborators via in-site messages, SMS, and email. For details on reminder settings, see Balance Alert Guide. Attention:
If you have enabled auto-renewal, the system will automatically renew your subscription on the expiration date if your account has sufficient balance.
If the account balance is insufficient for renewal, the system will push a notification to you stating that the auto-renewal balance is insufficient and that you need to top up your account. The notification will be sent by email, SMS, WeChat, and in-site message. You will receive one notification every other day, and an additional voice call alarm will be triggered one day before expiration. On the expiration date and thereafter, iOA SaaS will push overdue payment isolation warning messages to users. The warning messages will be sent to the Tencent Cloud account creator and all collaborators via email, SMS, WeChat, and in-site messages. Starting from 7 days before expiration, the system will begin sending renewal reminder notifications to users for iOA SaaS.
Within 7 days after expiration, iOA SaaS can still be used. You need to renew it as soon as possible. The system will send an expiration reminder for iOA SaaS.
On the 8th day after expiration, iOA SaaS will enter a 14-day data retention period. iOA SaaS will stop providing services, and the client and console will become unavailable.
Starting from the 21st day after expiration, resources will be reclaimed by the system, and the related configuration data will be cleared and cannot be restored.
Note:
You can restore normal use of iOA SaaS through renewal. Please note that if you renew after the 21st day following expiration, your previous resources will be reclaimed by the system, and the related configuration data will be cleared and cannot be restored.
