Symptom Description
When the Mac.pkg client package is being installed, the system displays an error message:
The iOA installation package is corrupted and cannot be opened.
The iOA installation package cannot be opened because Apple cannot check whether it contains malicious software.
Operation Steps
1. If you encounter this issue, perform the corresponding operation based on the actual system prompt:
If a message appears indicating that the installation package is corrupted, click Cancel.
If a message appears indicating that the installation package cannot be opened, click OK.
2. Go to macOS System Settings - Privacy & Security - Security, and click Open Anyway.
Note:
Due to differences in macOS versions, go to System Settings or System Preferences to find the corresponding option.
3. After you click Open Anyway, the system prompts you again to open the "iOA installation package". Select Open Anyway.
Note:
Menus and prompts may vary slightly depending on the system. Select Open Anyway as prompted.
4. After opening, the installation page of the application is displayed. Click Allow to install normally.
