This document describes the renewal methods and related instructions for yearly/monthly subscription resources of DataBuddy, a big data agent workbench.
Application Scope
Renewal operations apply only to resources billed in the yearly/monthly subscription mode. On the international site, these currently include:

Note:
1. Resources billed in the pay-as-you-go mode do not require renewal. The system automatically deducts fees from your account balance based on actual usage. If you no longer use a resource, delete or suspend it to stop billing.
2. Billing packages do not support renewal. After a package is used up or expires, you can purchase a new credit package.
Renewal Method
Method 1: Manual Renewal in the Console
2. On the service subscription page, click Renew Agent.
3. Select the renewal duration.
4. Confirm the renewal fee and complete the payment.
Method 2: Setting Up Auto Renewal
After auto-renewal is enabled, the system will automatically deduct the renewal fee from the account balance on the day the resource expires.
Auto-Renewal Rules:
Item | Description |
Deduction time | Fees are automatically deducted on the due date. If the balance is insufficient, the renewal fails. |
Renewal cycle | Renewal follows the current purchase cycle by default. For example, if the original purchase period is 1 month, the renewal period is 1 month. |
Failure handling | The system will notify the account creator and financial collaborators by email and SMS. |
Expiration Reminder
Before a yearly/monthly subscription resource expires, the system sends renewal reminders in the following ways:

Post-Renewal Instructions
After a successful renewal, the new billing cycle starts from the expiration date of the previous cycle.
A resource restored through renewal cannot be self-returned within 30 minutes after access is restored. After 30 minutes, normal operations can be performed.
Impact of Late Renewal
If a yearly/monthly subscription resource is not renewed in time after expiration, the resource will enter an isolated state. For specific impacts, see Overdue Payment Description. References
