Guideline to Taobao Login Failed Through Tencent Cloud CVM

Issue
Some users may receive an access denied error message when visiting Taobao through Tencent Cloud Virtual Machine (CVM). An example is shown below.
- On a CVM instance
Causes
Taobao has put restrictions on some external APIs, which result denied access.
Solutions
The following solutions are recommended.
- Report this fault to Taobao.
- As a workaround, you can change the public IP of your CVM. For more information on how to do this, please see Changing Public IP Addresses.
