Overview

TencentDB for MongoDB is a high-performance NoSQL database created by Tencent Cloud based on the globally popular MongoDB. It is fully compatible with the MongoDB protocol, provides stable and various monitoring and management, elastic scalability, and automatic disaster recovery, suitable for document database scenarios.

Note:

  • All TencentDB for MongoDB APIs in this section comply with the latest API 3.0 specifications. Subsequent TencentDB for MongoDB APIs for new features will be updated in this section. We strongly recommend you to use the latest API 3.0.
  • Legacy API features are still available but may be discontinued in the future. If you still need to use the legacy APIs, see the overview of TencentDB for MongoDB APIs (legacy).

Getting Started with APIs

You can use the API Explorer tool to quickly experience the API interface online. The following example demonstrates the operation process of calling the CreateDBInstance API to create an instance using API Explorer.

  1. Enter the API Explorer tool page and select the MongoDB product.
  2. In the left navigation, find the Create Cloud Database Instance (Monthly Subscription) API. In the Input Parameter section, set parameters according to the configuration message for each parameter prompt. For details, please see Create Cloud Database Instance (Monthly Subscription).
  3. Click below initiate call, wait for response result, complete API calls.
