Resource Not Found?
If you cannot find a resource on the new renewal management page, possible reasons are as follows:
|
Not integrated into the unified renewal management page | The Renewal Management page only contains resources that have been integrated with cloud services, facilitating unified management and renewal. If some of your products are not displayed here, it might be because they have not yet been integrated into this page. You can go to the corresponding product console to renew them or contact online customer service for assistance. |
Displayed on the legacy renewal management page | Some products have not yet completed the migration from the legacy to the new renewal management page and can only be operated on the legacy version. The corresponding product list is as follows: International Site TDMQ for CKafka (ckafka) SCS - Dedicated Mode (oceanus) You can return to the legacy renewal management page or go to the corresponding product console to perform the operation. If you have any questions, please contact online customer service for assistance. |
Resource is of the resource package type. | Resources of the resource package type are renewed separately on the Resource Package Management page. You can change the renewal identifier and modify the automatic renewal cycle. Currently, Resource Package Management does not support manual renewal. If you need to renew manually, you can refer to the corresponding product documentation and complete the operation in the console. If you have any questions, please contact online customer service for assistance. |
Resource information not synchronized. | There is a certain time delay in data synchronization for operations such as adding or updating resources. Please check again the next day. |
Resource not under the current account. | The Renewal Management page only displays resources under the current account. Please switch to the account to which the resource belongs to view it. |
Not authorized to view resources. | The Renewal Management page is only accessible to the root account and sub-accounts with management permissions. If you need to grant a sub-account permission to view resources, please contact the root account or an account with management permissions to enable it. |
What is auto-renewal?
You can enable auto-renewal for a resource if you intend to use it in the long term. You can manage resources set to auto-renewal under the Auto-renewal tab on the renewal management page.
Resources set to auto-renewal are renewed automatically on the expiration date, but the exact renewal time may be later than the expiration time. Please do not change the auto-renewal setting for resources that are about to expire or be repossessed.
If your account has insufficient balance to cover the cost of renewal on the expiration date, we will check your account balance daily during the following 6 days, and once there is sufficient balance, we will renew the resources set to auto-renewal.
During the 7 days before expiration, if your account has sufficient balance for renewal, we will not send you reminders and will renew your resources on the expiration day; if not, we will remind you to top up. During the 6 days after expiration, we will remind you to top up until your account has sufficient balance for renewal.
If you cancel auto-renewal for your resources, we will resume the notify-before-expiration practice for them.
