TDMQ for CKafka Advanced Edition Launch Announcement

From January 6, 2025, TDMQ for CKafka Advanced Edition will be officially launched on the Tencent Cloud International Site.

The TDMQ for CKafka Advanced Edition is compatible with open-source Kafka 2.x versions, supports 20~360MB/s bandwidth, and offers more flexible bandwidth step size adjustment of 20MB/s. In terms of features, compared with the previous Standard Edition, it supports cross-AZ deployment and ACL access control. It is suitable for entry-level clients, such as those with moderate business volume and require short-term tests.

The original TDMQ for CKafka Standard Edition will be unavailable for purchase, but the instance management features of the existing clusters, such as upgrading and renewal, will not be affected. We recommend you to use the TDMQ for CKafka Advanced Edition, and we will continue to introduce new features based on the Advanced Edition in the future.
