Operation scene

This document describes how to pass the policy Associate user / user group and how to pass the user / user group Associate policy. After Associate succeeds, the user / user group will obtain the corresponding Permission through the policy.

prerequisite

Logged in Access Management console .

Operation step

Through the policy Associate user / user group:

Through the preset policy Associate users

  1. In the Access management console, click "Policy" on the left to enter Policy Manage the page.
  2. On the policy management page, click all policies-> preset policies in the upper left corner to filter the preset policies.
  3. Find the preset policy that requires authorization, and click [Associate users / groups] in the action column on the right.
  4. In the pop-up Associate user / user group window, click switch user groups-> users.
  5. Check the user who wants Associate, and click "OK" to complete the user operation of Associate through the preset policy.

Through the preset policy Associate user group

  1. In the Access management console, click "Policy" on the left to enter Policy Manage the page.
  2. On the policy management page, click all policies-> preset policies in the upper left corner to filter the preset policies.
  3. Find the preset policy that requires authorization, and click [Associate users / groups] in the action column on the right.
  4. In the pop-up Associate user / user group window, click switch user groups-> user groups.
  5. Check the user group to Associate, and click "OK" to complete the Associate user group operation through the preset policy.

Custom Policy Associate user

  1. In the Access management console, click "Policy" on the left to enter Policy Manage the page.
  2. On the policy management page, click all policies-> Custom policies in the upper left corner to filter custom policies.
  3. Find the custom policy that requires authorization, and click [Associate users / groups] in the action column on the right.
  4. In the pop-up Associate user / user group window, click switch user groups-> users.
  5. Check the user who wants Associate, and click "OK" to complete the user operation of Associate through the custom policy.

Through custom policy Associate user group

  1. In the Access management console, click "Policy" on the left to enter Policy Manage the page.
  2. On the policy management page, click all policies-> Custom policies in the upper left corner to filter custom policies.
  3. Find the custom policy that requires authorization, and click [Associate users / groups] in the action column on the right.
  4. In the pop-up Associate user / user group window, click switch user groups-> user groups.
  5. Check the user group to Associate, and click "OK" to complete the Associate user group operation through the custom policy.

Through the user / user group Associate policy:

Preset policies through user Associate

  1. In the Access management console, click "user" > "user list" on the left to enter User List page.
  2. Find the user who needs authorization on the user list page, and click "Authorization" in the action column on the right.
  3. In the pop-up Associate policy window, click Policy Type-> preset policies to filter the preset policies.
  4. Check the preset policy that requires authorization, and click "OK" to complete the preset policy operation through user Associate.

Customize the policy through the user Associate

  1. In the Access management console, click "user" > "user list" on the left to enter User List page.
  2. Find the user who needs authorization on the user list page, and click "Authorization" in the action column on the right.
  3. In the pop-up Associate policy window, click Policy Type-> Custom Policy to filter the custom policy.
  4. Check the custom policy that requires authorization, and click "OK" to complete the custom policy operation through user Associate.

Through the user group Associate preset policy

  1. In the Access management console, click "user Group" on the left to enter User group Manage the page.
  2. Find the user group that needs to be authorized and click the user group name to go to the user group details page.
  3. On the user group details page, click "Permission" to enter the Permission settings page.
  4. On the Permission settings page, click "Associate Strategy".
  5. In the pop-up Associate policy window, click Policy Type-> preset policies to filter the preset policies.
  6. Check the preset policy that requires authorization, and click "OK" to complete the preset policy operation through the user group Associate.

Customize the policy through the user group Associate

  1. In the Access management console, click "user Group" on the left to enter User group Manage the page.
  2. Find the user group that needs to be authorized and click the user group name to go to the user group details page.
  3. On the user group details page, click "Permission" to enter the Permission settings page.
  4. On the Permission settings page, click "Associate Strategy".
  5. In the pop-up Associate policy window, click Policy Type-> Custom Policy to filter the custom policy.
  6. Check the custom policy that requires authorization, and click "OK" to complete the custom policy operation through the user group Associate.
