Call quality

  1. Log in to the TRTC Console and select Application Management on the left sidebar.
  2. Click Application Info on the row of the target application to enter its details page.
  3. Click Call Quality Monitoring in the top-right corner to view the Room List.
  4. In the Room List, click any video call record to view its quality curve as shown below:
    The left section displays the bandwidth curve, which includes three key metrics:
    Upstream Bitrate: it is the amount of audio/video data sent by the current user per second (in Kbps). Generally, the higher the value, the better the image quality.
    Downstream Bitrate: it is the amount of audio/video data received by the current user per second (in Kbps).
    Lag: a red vertical line indicates that a lag occurs. The longer the line, the more severe the lag.
