All Tencent Cloud accounts (UIN) that have activated the TRTC monthly package (including Call, Conference, Live, RTC-Engine, Conversational AI) can receive a free time package of 10,000 minutes each month within a year. A maximum of one free time package can be received per month, and the usage generated by all TRTC (including Call, Conference, Live, RTC-Engine,Conversational AI) can be deducted.
Notes on free time package:
The remaining free minutes for each month will expire on the last day of the current cycle and cannot be used in the next cycle.
For example, if you receive the free minutes on November 15, 2022, they would be valid from November 15, 2022 to December 14, 2022.
You can check the validity of your free minutes in Package Management of the TRTC console. Note：
For UINs registered on or after July 25, 2024 (UTC+8), the free package can be used to deduct durations generated by audio/video calls, interactive live streaming, on-cloud recording, mixtranscoding, recording delivery (to Tencent Cloud or third parties), page recording, and Live video streaming viewers.
