Tag value, provided by Tencent Cloud, is a flag used to identify cloud resources. It forms a pair with a tag key and belongs to that tag key. It can be set to null.
Tagging resources
Tagging resources is to add tags for Tencent Cloud resources. You can add tags using tag keys and tag values.
