If you have subscribed to an iOA SaaS plan, you need to manually renew it before it expires or enable automatic renewal to continue using our products and services.
Renewal Rules
Service Content: iOA SaaS.
Renewal Reminder: Starting 7 days before your iOA SaaS plan expires, the system will send you notifications such as the service expiration reminder and a request to renew in time. The notifications will be sent to the Tencent Cloud account creator and all collaborators via in-site messages, SMS, and email. For details on reminder settings, see Balance Alert Guide.
 Attention:
If you have enabled auto-renewal, the system will automatically renew your subscription on the expiration date if your account has sufficient balance.
If the account balance is insufficient for renewal, the system will send you a notification stating "Insufficient balance for auto-renewal. Please top up your account." The notification will be sent via email, SMS, WeChat, and in-site messages. You will receive one notification every day, and an additional voice call alarm will be triggered one day before expiration. The actual delivery methods depend on your subscription settings in the Message Center.
Auto-Renewal Cycle: The auto-renewal cycle and mode are based on your settings. For example, if you choose to auto-renew for one month upon expiration when the account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew for one month before each expiration.
Deduction Amount: The actual amount is based on the configuration you selected when purchasing the product.
Deduction Time and Method: The system starts deducting fees on the day the product expires. If the deduction fails due to insufficient account balance, the service will be terminated upon expiration.
Enabling Auto-Renewal
You can enable the auto-renewal service by following the path below:
 Method 1: Enabling Auto-Renewal on the Product Purchase Page
On the product purchase page, select to enable the auto-renewal service and agree to the Automatic Renewal Rules.

Method 2: Enabling Auto-Renewal via the Console﻿
1. Log in to the Tencent iOA Zero Trust Security Management System console and choose Authorization Information in the top navigation bar, then click Adjust duration.

2. Find the product for which you want to subscribe to auto-renewal and click Set to Auto-Renewal.
﻿
3. In the auto-renewal window, confirm the product information and click Confirm to enable renewal.

Method 3: Enabling Auto-Renewal via the Billing Center﻿
1. On the Billing Center - Renewal Management page, find the product for which you want to subscribe to auto-renewal and click Set Auto-Renewal.

2. In the auto-renewal window, confirm the product information and click Confirm.

Canceling/Modifying Auto-Renewal
You can cancel/modify a subscribed auto-renewal service by following the path below:
Method 1: ﻿Canceling/Modifying Auto-Renewal via the Console﻿
1. Log in to the Tencent iOA Zero Trust Security Management System console, select Authorization Information in the top navigation bar, and click Adjust duration.

2. Find the auto-renewal product that you want to cancel/modify.
To cancel auto-renewal: Click Set to Manual Renewal.

Select the required resources and click Confirm to complete the manual renewal setting.

To modify the auto-renewal duration: Click Modify auto-renewal Period.
﻿
 Adjust the auto-renewal period and click Confirm.

Method 2: Canceling Auto-Renewal via the Billing Center﻿
On the Billing Center - Renewal Management page, find the product for which you want to cancel/modify the subscribed auto-renewal.
To cancel auto-renewal: Click Set to Manual Renewal.

Click OK to set the product to manual renewal.

To modify the auto-renewal period: Click Modify auto-renewal period.
﻿
Adjust the auto-renewal period and click Confirm.

You can view the subscribed auto-renewal services by following the path below:
