If you plan to stop using iOA SaaS, you can request a refund.
Under the yearly/monthly subscription prepaid mode, iOA SaaS does not support a 5-day no-reason full refund. The remaining value based on usage will be refunded to your Tencent Cloud account. For details, see Cloud Service Return Instructions. If a discount or voucher was applied when the plan was purchased, the discount or voucher is not refundable.
Tencent Cloud has the right to reject a return request if suspected abnormal/malicious return occurs.
Note:
For a non-full refund of the plan, the refund amount is calculated based on the usage duration and will be refunded to the Tencent Cloud account balance.
Refund amount = Actual paid order amount - Consumed plan amount
Consumed amount = (Used duration / Total duration) * Original order price * Current discount.
If the usage duration is less than a full day, it is calculated as a full day. The current discount is determined by matching the used duration against the system's current discount.
