Monitor, record, and proactively alert on physical changes, performance fluctuations, and health status of terminal hardware in real time, building hardware security management capabilities from change auditing to health protection.

Hardware Changes

1. Log in to the Tencent iOA Zero Trust Security Management System console and choose Terminal Management > Terminal List > in the left sidebar.
2. On the Hardware Changes and Alerts page, click Hardware Changes.

3. The Hardware Changes page serves as the audit log for hardware assets. It records and displays all physical hardware change records on terminal devices, such as the replacement of components like hard drives, memory, and network adapters.
4. Administrators can trace the physical change history of hardware assets and identify who made each change, when it occurred, on which device, and what was changed. This serves as a reference record for asset inventory, compliance audits, and security incident investigations.

Hardware Alarm Logs

1. Log in to the Tencent iOA Zero Trust Security Management System console and choose Terminal Management > Terminal List > Hardware Update and Alarm in the left sidebar.
2. On the Hardware Changes and Alerts page, click Hardware Alarm Log.
3. When a metric exceeds the preset threshold (for example, CPU utilization > 90%), an alarm log is generated here. Administrators can build a hardware alarm detection system to receive alerts before devices encounter issues such as performance bottlenecks or full disks, enabling proactive intervention to prevent business interruptions.

4. Enable the terminal running status monitoring switch in Client Management > Client Policies > Client General Settings.

5. In Terminal Management > Terminal List > Hardware Update and Alarm > Hardware Alarm Logs, click Hardware Alarm Notification Settings.

6. Select the alarm type, click Edit, and configure alarm notifications based on management requirements.

7. When hardware metrics exceed the alarm threshold, an alarm is triggered. You can view details in Hardware Alarm Logs.
