Billing Components

Tencent Cloud Contact Center (TCCC) service consists of two categories: software fee (Voice AI Agent, Human Agent) and Add on Purchase.

Software Agent Package

Voice AI Agent

The voice AI Agent uses the large model as its core brain, completely breaking the rigid boundaries of traditional voice interaction and empowering businesses to quickly build smart contact capacity. It supports scenarios such as smart customer service reception, proactive marketing follow-up calls, and guidance for reservation or business handling.

Call duration: 8000 minutes
Concurrency: 3
Valid period: The call duration in the package is only valid for the current month. Unused minutes will automatically expire at the end of month and will not carry over to the next month.
Duration consumption: Preferentially consume the amount limit of minutes in the monthly subscription package. Call duration supports sharing between incoming and outgoing calls, and is consumed by all applications under the same account.
Concurrency consumption: The concurrency in the package is exclusive to the designated application under the account purchase and cannot be shared across applications.

Valid period: Custom additional purchase duration package is valid from the date of purchase within a year, and remaining minutes expire upon expiry.
Duration consumption: When the package limit of the current month is exhausted, the system will automatically start to offset the duration in the additional work order package. Min purchase additional 5000 minutes.
Concurrency consumption: The additional purchase of concurrent push streams is likewise exclusive to the designated application, used to enhance its access capability during peak business periods.

Agent license consumption criteria: The system will automatically deduct an agent license limit if any of the following actions occur with an agent account:
Multi-end login: successfully logged in to the Web end and SDK end.
Admin real-time monitoring: The admin enables real-time call monitoring related features in the management panel - agent dashboard or SDK.
SIP telephone license consumption criteria: A SIP telephone license is consumed when the SIP telephone is online.
Additional purchases must match the package version: To purchase additional standard edition seats/telephones, you must first buy the standard edition monthly subscription package. To purchase additional advanced edition agents/telephones, you must first buy the advanced edition monthly subscription package. The expiration date of additional purchases aligns with the package expiration date.


FAQ - Human Agent

Q1: What are the free trial rules?

First-time activation: When you activate the Tencent Cloud Contact Center (TCCC) application for the first time, the system will automatically give 3 standard edition agent licenses with a validity of 14 days.
Trial calculation: The trial period starts from the current day when the application applies to projects (i.e., when application creation starts).
Free renewal rule: The complimentary license will automatically expire after the 14-day trial period and cannot be applied again.
Scale-out need: If the number of agents required during the trial period exceeds 3, purchase standard edition seats for the excess part.

Q2: Is it possible for multiple users to share a human agent license?

To guarantee call security and service quality, an agent license only supports binding a unique email address.

Q3: What are the rules for resetting a license?

To meet personnel mobility or shift management needs, the system supports "license reset" (deauthorize the binding relationship between the original agent email and license and rebind a new agent email). The specific rules are as follows:
Frequency limit: Each calendar month, each application supports up to 4 license reset operations.
Automatic verification: When a reset is initiated, the system will perform real-time verification on the currently allocated licenses:
Binding retention: The system will reserve the original binding relationship for agents that is in login status (Web, SDK, etc.) or has the feature of receiving calls enabled, and will not reset it.
Automatic reset: Only execute disassociation for idle agents that satisfy both "not logged in + mobile phone answering not enabled" at the same time. After disassociation, release the binding to support rebind.
License occupancy: After a license reset, the system automation will occupy and bind idle licenses only when a new agent triggers a log-in request/enables mobile phone answering.
