Product Questions

What Are the Hardware Requirements for Cloud Migration?

Hospitals need to purchase front-end servers and public network bandwidth based on their business volume. Tencent Miying connects the hospital's images and reports to the cloud for storage by installing a gateway on the front-end servers.

Where Is Data Stored After Moving to the Cloud?

The data storage of the Digital and Intelligent Medical Imaging Platform (AIMIS) is provided by Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS) as a file management service exclusively for medical customers. Data is stored in COS buckets, ensuring complete isolation of different customers' data within the buckets to guarantee data security.

How to Ensure Data Storage Security?

AIMIS uses AES256 and MD5 encryption algorithms to encrypt user data and uses the AES128 encryption algorithm to encrypt image data, ensuring the security of data storage.

How long can data be stored on the cloud?

In principle, inspections can be stored permanently on the cloud. Users can develop solutions with different storage durations based on their budget.

How to Migrate Back to the Local Institution After Cloud Migration?

AIMIS provides customers with a complete closed-loop data offloading solution. It evaluates the data offloading traffic based on the data type and data volume specified by the customer, transmits the inspection data back to the customer's designated in-hospital storage path, and supports strategies such as breakpoint resume and task pause. After the data offloading is completed, the user's data on the cloud will be deleted to ensure data security.

Does the Product Support Local Deployment?

The product does not support local deployment.
