      1. API Description

      Domain name for API request: cvm.tencentcloudapi.com.

      This API is used to modify the default version of the instance launch template.

      A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

      2. Input Parameters

      The following request parameter list only provides API request parameters and some common parameters. For the complete common parameter list, see Common Request Parameters.

      Parameter Name Required Type Description
      Action Yes String Common Params. The value used for this API: ModifyLaunchTemplateDefaultVersion.
      Version Yes String Common Params. The value used for this API: 2017-03-12.
      Region No String Common Params. This parameter is not required for this API.
      LaunchTemplateId Yes String The launch template ID
      DefaultVersion Yes Integer The number of the version that you want to set as the default version

      3. Output Parameters

      Parameter Name Type Description
      RequestId String The unique request ID, which is returned for each request. RequestId is required for locating a problem.

      This example sets the Version 2 of the instance launch template lt-34vaef8fe as the default version.

      Error Code Description
      InvalidParameterCombination The parameter combination is invalid.
      InvalidParameterValue Incorrect parameter value.
      InvalidParameterValue.LaunchTemplateIdMalformed Incorrect format of instance launch template ID.
      InvalidParameterValue.LaunchTemplateIdNotExisted The instance launch template ID does not exist.
      InvalidParameterValue.LaunchTemplateIdVerNotExisted The combination of the template and the version ID does not exist.
      InvalidParameterValue.LaunchTemplateIdVerSetAlready The specified instance launch template ID doesn't exist.
      InvalidParameterValue.LaunchTemplateNotFound The instance launch template is not found.
      InvalidParameterValue.LaunchTemplateVersion Invalid instance launch template version number.
      MissingParameter Missing parameter.
      UnknownParameter Unknown parameter error.
