SQL Server is a relational database management system developed by Microsoft. Its high scalability and great performance make it easy for you to query, search, synchronize, report, and analyze data. As of today, several SQL Server editions have been released, each with its own set of features.

TencentDB now supports multiple editions of SQL Server (2008 R2 SP3, 2012 SP3, and 2016). The key advantages include: custom application development with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and Microsoft BizTalk Server. These advantages make it one of the most powerful and comprehensive editions of SQL Server to date. You can easily set up, operate, and scale your SQL Server deployment in the cloud to handle your business needs.

Notes:

  • All TencentDB for SQL Server APIs described here have been upgraded to API 3.0 and all new TencentDB for SQL Server features will be updated here. We recommend that you use API 3.0.
  • Legacy APIs remain available, but will not be updated.
