All Tencent Cloud accounts (UIN) that activate the TRTC Monthly Package or Call Monthly Package can receive a free package of time with 10,000 minutes every month within one year. Each account can have at most 10,000 free minutes per usage cycle. Free minutes can deduct your usage no matter whether your application is subscribed to TRTC or TRTC Call.
Notes:
Free minutes expire at the end of each usage cycle and cannot be rolled over to the next cycle.
For example, if you receive the free minutes on November 15, 2022, they would be valid from November 15, 2022 to December 14, 2022.
Additional fees will be incurred only if your monthly usage exceeds 10,000 minutes. If the 10,000-minute Free Quota is deducted and no RTC-Engine Packages, Call Monthly Packages, Conference Monthly Packages, or Live Monthly Packages has been purchased, it will trigger the suspension of the application.
The following applies to accounts registered on or after February 21, 2023.
