If you have not used the CSC product, CSC supports a no-questions-asked return and refund within 5 days of purchase.
Using the CSC product means having used its features, including but not limited to the Asset Center. The following examples are considered product usage and are not eligible for the 5-day no-questions-asked refund:
After purchasing the CSC product, you have used the cloud product configuration check feature.
After purchasing the CSC product, you can check for and fix vulnerabilities.
Refund Channels
Cash vouchers purchased with cash and vouchers (promo vouchers/discount coupons) used when products are purchased are not refundable. Non-voucher fees used when products are purchased are refunded to the payer's Tencent Cloud account based on the payment method (cash/free credit/cash voucher) and payment ratio.
