Scenarios

The Cloud Assets page is designed to display information about cloud assets other than hosts, helping you inventory and centrally manage your cloud assets. The page presents a detailed breakdown by cloud platform asset type, allowing you to view detailed asset information. It also provides a Tag feature that supports automatic tagging based on rules, which assists you in consistently maintaining asset tags.

Statistics Panel and Asset Update

1. Log in to the CSC console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Asset Center > Cloud Assets.
2. On the Statistics Dashboard, you can view information about assets with risks, public network assets, exposed assets, and more.

3. Click Manual Update on the right to trigger an asset update task.

1. Log in to the CSC console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Asset Center > Cloud Assets.
2. In the asset list, you can filter asset types on the left. The following filtering methods are supported:
All assets: View all assets under the currently connected accounts. Only public fields are displayed.
Commonly used assets: This category aggregates public network assets.
By Cloud Vendor, Asset Category, and Asset Type: Assets of various types are displayed in a hierarchical manner.

3. Expand the cloud vendor type, and click a specific cloud asset type, for example, Tencent Cloud > Storage > CFS. You can then view the list of Tencent CFS assets.

View Details

1. Log in to the CSC console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Asset Center > Cloud Assets.
2. In the asset list, select the target data and click Asset ID.

3. On the cloud asset details page, you can view detailed data for the asset. CSC specifically displays the asset's unique attributes, supporting your need to view more details.
For example, when you view CLB details, the system displays detailed information such as its network type, listener list, and security group information.

4. Click Listener to view the listener's backend service information.

Managing Asset Tags

1. Log in to the CSC console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Asset Center > Cloud Assets.
2. In the Asset Tag column of the asset list, you can view Tags marked by CSC and Tags marked by the cloud provider console. To modify the asset's Tags, hover the mouse over the asset tag of the target data and click Edit.

3. In the pop-up dialog box, you can reselect the Tags to be bound. If no suitable Tag exists, click Add to create a new one.

4. You can also select multiple assets and click Edit Tag to modify them in batches.

Managing Tag Rules

1. Log in to the CSC console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Asset Center > Cloud Assets.
2. Click Tag Management in the upper-right corner to manage your Tags in CSC.

3. CSC provides you with some preset Tags for use. You can also click Add Tag to add custom Tags.

4. When adding or editing a Tag, you can adjust its key, value, and color, and you can also add an auto-tagging policy to it.

5. In an auto-tagging policy, you can select asset data such as asset type, asset name, and VPC, and it supports filter conditions in multiple formats. Click Effective Assets to preview the assets that meet the conditions.

6. Click OK to save. The auto-tagging policy applies tags during each asset update. You can also manually trigger an asset update.

Managing Multi-Account Assets

1. Log in to the CSC console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Asset Center > Cloud Assets.
2. Click Multi-Account Management in the upper-right corner to switch accounts or select all accounts for viewing.
