This feature provides next-day, 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day retention data for both active users and new users, with filtering options for different operating systems.
Statistical dimensions and metrics

Metrics
Metrics | Metric description |
Next-day retention rate | The proportion of new users (or active users) from the selected date (or daily within the selected date range) who continue to use the service on the following day. |
3-day retention rate | The proportion of new users (or active users) from the selected date (or daily within the selected date range) who continue to use the service on the third day. |
7-day retention rate | The proportion of new users (or active users) from the selected date (or daily within the selected date range) who continue to use the service on the seventh day. |
14-day retention rate | The proportion of new users (or active users) from the selected date (or daily within the selected date range) who continue to use the service on the fourteenth day. |
30-day retention rate | The proportion of new users (or active users) from the selected date (or daily within the selected date range) who continue to use the service on the thirtieth day. |
Note:
SAS uses UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for statistical data. Time differences will exist depending on the user's time zone. For example, if SAS calculates data at 00:00:00 UTC, and your time zone is UTC + 2, the data will be calculated at 02:00:00. Data is analyzed every half hour. When refreshing the data, the returned data is the most recent statistical data, not real-time data.
