If you have not used the CSC product, CSC supports a no-questions-asked return and refund within 5 days of purchase.
Using the CSC product means having used its features, including but not limited to the Asset Center. The following examples are considered product usage and are not eligible for the 5-day no-questions-asked refund:
After purchasing the CSC product, you have used the cloud product configuration check feature.
After purchasing the CSC product, you can check for and fix vulnerabilities.
Refund Channels
For products purchased during promotional activities, if the refund rules conflict with the activity rules, the activity rules shall prevail. If the activity rules state that refunds are not supported, no refund application can be made.
Vouchers/discount coupons used when products are purchased are not refundable. Non-voucher payments are refunded to the payer's Tencent Cloud account based on the payment method (cash/free credit/cash voucher) and in proportion to the payment.
Note:
Fees paid to purchase cash vouchers are not refundable. If an order paid with cash vouchers requires a refund, the vouchers can be returned to the payer's Tencent Cloud account on a prorated basis.

For returns and refunds of prepaid cloud products that do not qualify for the 5-day no-questions-asked full refund policy, refunds are calculated based on the remaining order value or the unused portion (for resource packs).
