Pay-as-you-go (postpaid) is a billing method supported by the ISS international site. The platform measures, settles, deducts, and generates bills for each billable item on a daily basis based on actual usage. The international site currently supports two regions: Bangkok and Singapore. The list price may vary by region, and all fees are uniformly billed in USD.
The following table lists the list prices for the Bangkok and Singapore regions. View the corresponding prices based on the region where your resources reside.

Device Management Fee

Note:
A device is billed when it has been online for a cumulative total of 5 minutes or more on that day, regardless of the status of its channels.
A channel refers to a specific path under a device for signal input or output. Channels are generally classified into video channels, voice channels, and alarm channels.

Channel Management
Devices connected through any protocol are billed by their number of channels if they remain online for a cumulative total of 5 minutes or more on the day.
Fees = Number of billed channels * Unit price.

Storage fee

Note:
Video surveillance storage is divided into hot storage and cold storage. The applicable scenarios and prices of the two types are described as follows.
The conversion base for all storage capacity units is 1024.
The cold storage - expedited retrieval fee is charged only for the retrieval process. After data is retrieved, capacity fees for the generated copies are charged at the hot storage list price. Calculate the actual fees based on the corresponding prices in the region where your resources reside.

Network Fee

Device uplink access or downlink playback generates network consumption. You can choose the daily peak bandwidth or traffic billing method. (The daily peak bandwidth billing method is used by default. You can also refer to Network Billing Method Switch Instructions to switch the uplink and downlink network billing methods separately.)
Note:
Recommendations for selecting a network billing method are as follows:
Uplink: the direction in which device data flows into the platform service. If your devices push full streaming to the cloud every day and the average cloud connection time does not exceed 8 hours, the traffic billing method is more cost-effective. Otherwise, choose the daily peak bandwidth billing method.
Downlink: the direction in which data flows out of the platform service, such as when clients perform live streaming, recording playback, or recording download. If the average daily playback time of your clients does not exceed 8 hours, the traffic billing method is more cost-effective. Otherwise, choose the daily peak bandwidth billing method.
The conversion base for bandwidth units is 1000, and the conversion base for traffic units is 1024.

Upstream Daily Peak Bandwidth
Collect the average bandwidth data under the user account every 5 minutes to obtain 288 values per day, and arrange these values to take the maximum value as the daily peak bandwidth.
Note: The platform only uses the daily peak bandwidth value for settlement, regardless of duration. That is, when the bitrate is stable, the fees incurred for pushing streaming data to the cloud for 1 minute and for 24 hours are the same.
Fees = daily peak bandwidth * unit price.

Audio Transcoding
For audio data uploaded to the cloud, if it is encoded in G.711, the platform automatically converts it to AAC to meet the audio playback requirements for live streaming and recorded video access in the cloud.
Currently in the free trial period. A notice will be sent before official billing starts.

Visual Understanding - Times
Calls a VLM to understand and analyze image or video content, and is billed by the number of analysis requests actually sent to the model. Image mode: Performs understanding and analysis on a single image, with each image counted as 1 request, so the number of analysis requests = the number of images. Video mode: The platform first extracts frames from the video at a specified frame rate (FPS) to generate an image sequence, then performs understanding and analysis on each frame, with each frame counted as 1 request, so the number of analysis requests = the video duration in seconds × FPS.
Fees = Number of analysis requests × Unit price.
