1.Upgrade Introduction
The certification content will undergo a comprehensive upgrade. The upgrade details are as follows:

O&M Methodology | 10% | 0% | ITSM (incident/change/config management, etc.) and the four-stage lifecycle (preparation/go-live/operation/decommissioning) operational details are no longer tested separately |
O&M Fundamentals | 6% | 0% | Linux operating systems (CPU/memory/filesystem/network management/package management) and Shell scripting (functions/arrays/control structures/string processing) are now treated as certification prerequisites and removed from the exam |
Production Environment Setup Basics | 16% | 0% | General concepts such as production environment construction principles and Murphy's Law are no longer tested |
Advanced Production Environment Construction | 25% | 0% | General architecture concepts such as message queue async communication and application component decoupling are no longer tested; Dockerfile/container networking/container storage/orchestration fundamentals are consolidated; TKE content merged into the Tencent Cloud System Ecosystem Operations section |
Production Environment Continuous Operations | 29% | 0% | CLS merged into the dedicated Tencent Cloud Log Service; TCOP merged into the Tencent Cloud Observability Platform |
Cloud Migration | 14% | 0% | Migration methodology (four major phases), migration tools (MSP/component migration solutions), and migration case studies are fully removed; no longer a standalone SysOps certification track |

2.Transition Period Arrangement
(1) Deadline for Previous Version Exam Scheduling
Exam bookings for the existing certification version will close on Aug 27, 2026. If you wish to take the existing version of the exam, please complete your booking by Aug 27, 2026.
(2) New Version Launch Date
The new version of the certification exam will be launched on Aug 28, 2026. Any exam bookings made on or after Aug 28, 2026 (inclusive) will be scheduled for the new version.
