[Machine Translation] QPS Adjustment Notice

Dear Tencent Cloud user,
Thank you for your support of Tencent Cloud Machine Translation. Due to product strategy adjustments, the Text Translation service will undergo QPS adjustments. Please take note and plan ahead.
Affected Product: Text Translation (International Website)
I. QPS Adjustments
Starting after 23:00 (Beijing Time) on September 30, 2026, the QPS limits for the Text Translation product API will be gradually reduced on a monthly basis. Please assess your API usage in advance and make the necessary business plans accordingly. The reduction schedule is as follows:

Before and including September 30, 2026 | No reduction |
October 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027 | The QPS limit will be reduced by 5% each month based on the limit of the preceding month. The resulting figure will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. If the rounded result is ≤1, the QPS limit will be set at 1. |
February 1, 2027 to September 30, 2027 | The QPS limit will be reduced by 10% each month based on the limit of the preceding month. The resulting figure will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. If the rounded result is ≤1, the QPS limit will be set at 1. |
From October 1, 2027 onwards | From this date, the QPS limit will be directly reduced to zero, and all affected APIs will become unavailable. |
II. Alternative Solution
A new Large Model Text Translation product will be launched soon on the Tencent Cloud International Website. Please stay tuned.
